Returns and Exchanges

I want to return an item. What now?

If you decide you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us within 10 days of receiving your shipment and include your order number (TIP: just reply to your confirmation email and we’ll have the information needed to help!). Approval must be obtained for all returns and exchanges. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping and only the merchandise amount of your purchase will be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted for unused items in their original packaging and including tags for clothing items. Items with foreign substances (e.g. cat hair) or odors (e.g. smoke) will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

If you wish to exchange an item received as a gift, please include a copy of the gift receipt in your correspondence.


Items that cannot be returned or exchanged are:

  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Special orders
  • Clearance Items - any item on clearance is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance is defined as any item that is 35% or more off the regular price.
