What shipping method does Paisley Monkey use?

We use USPS Priority Mail (average 2-3 days) for domestic shipping and USPS Priority Mail International (average 6 - 10 days) for international shipping. Alternate carriers may be used at our discretion but we think that the US Postal Service provides the best value and service. For orders qualifying for free shipping we might use USPS First Class Mail.

What's the deal with Free Shipping?

Some exclusions apply to our Free Shipping promotion and notifications for excluded items will be shown during the checkout process. These exclusions are normally based on weight or size of the items purchased and are automatically applied by our order management system. The Free Shipping promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.

Can I include an enclosure card?

On the shipping address entry screen you may enter information to be included as an enclosure card with your order. This is a free service offered by PaisleyMonkey.com to ensure your shopping experience is a great one.


Returns

I want to return an item. What now?

If you decide you would like to return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping and only the merchandise amount of your purchase will be refunded. Approval must be obtained for all returns. Items must be unused and in their original packaging including tags for clothing items. If you wish to exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges. Please note that any item on clearance is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
